I know there was an appeal to the original law that a ruling was due on in July that got extended. Does anybody know when the final ruling will come out or is there even a scheduled date? Any opinions if they are going to be successful in keeping online poker?
If i start with 2000 play chips in party poker (the free games not real money), how much should i expect to have at the end of 1 week to deem it a successful week??
I am training myself with the free games, before i play with real money, i never went ‘bust’ when i started with the first 2000 play chips and i currently have 32,000. i think i have done OK, but how do the majority of people fare in online poker???
I’m going to attend a friendly poker game with a new group of guys from church, about 5 of us. I think they all have played poker with real money before, but not with this group. The organizer mentioned that money should be brought to the game. I was kinda suprised, thinking that this would be just for fun. I’ve played poker before, but no money was involved, but i have played black jack before with money. But then again, it wouldn’t be any fun without playing for money. So, how much $ should I bring?
If I were to join an online poker site and play for money while I was 17, but saying that I was 18, how much trouble would I get in if they found out. They have my name, SSN, and my Debit card number. Will they just kick me off or will there be more serious consequences? Thanks.
